Come Catch Ah Weft !
During my travels to Hong Kong I took this video at a local Hair Factory. The video demonstrates how human hair is processed and created into a Weft. For those of you not familiar with this term, Weft hair extensions are traditionally known as “Machine Weft”. For instance, a Weft is one long strip of hair sewn together that looks like a curtain and it has a seam at the top and this is where you can sew, clip, or glue the Weft seam onto a client’s hair. These Wefts after they are made are alternately rolled into a 3.5 oz bundle that we commonly purchase from our local hair supplier. This video is a short but interesting visual of how hair is created into a weft. Come Catch Ah Weft and get schooled, while you are at it!
