Please allow us 5-10 business days (max) to receive an order, but it can arrive as soon as 3 business days depending on the state or country it is being delivered. You will normally receive a tracking number 2-3 days after your purchase. Once you have made a purchase online, you do not have the option to pick it up. The order has to be shipped so that I can provide tracking number to protect the seller. I need proof of delivery for every transaction.
We will gladly accept Returns if the item (s) are unopened, unused and is sent back in ALL its original packaging with ALL tags in place. Labels and or product seals MUST be intact and not removed, broken or tampered with. The buyer is responcible for paying the return shipping fees and returns must me received by our Customer Service Department within 5 business days upon receipt. A $10 Restocking Fee WILL Apply. If you realize shortly after placing your order that you made a mistake email us immediately at and subject the email URGENT MISTAKE. We will do our best to assist you but you MUST email us right away as we strive to process and ship orders out quickly and efficiently.
